If you have a VaocherApp subscription, you can update the payment details for your account.
How to change your credit or debit card details
To update the payment details for your debit or credit card:
- log in to VaocherApp dashboard
- navigate to Settings → Subscription & Billing (or click here)
then click on the "Manage your plan, payment and billing details" link
you will be redirected to your billing portal. From here, under the PAYMENT METHOD section, you can:
- remove existing payment method
add new payment method
Need more time to payment invoice?
If you could not pay your invoice on time, your account will be downgraded to free plan where fee might apply and some features will be limited (see our Pricing Page for more details).
Therefore, if you have trouble paying the invoice (e.g. your card has expired, or stolen...), please don't hesitate to contact us here.
