Change your subscription payment details

If you have a VaocherApp subscription, you can update the payment details for your account.

How to change your credit or debit card details

To update the payment details for your debit or credit card:

  1. log in to VaocherApp dashboard
  2. navigate to Settings → Subscription & Billing (or click here)
  3. then click on the "Manage your plan, payment and billing details" link

  4. you will be redirected to your billing portal. From here, under the PAYMENT METHOD section, you can:
    • remove existing payment method
    • add new payment method

For security reasons, VaocherApp doesn't store your credit card details. They're stored with our secure payment provider.

Need more time to payment invoice?

If you could not pay your invoice on time, don't worry. We're here to help. You'll have a comfortable 14 days to sort things out. If the invoice still can't be processed after this period, your account will temporarily become inactive. This will mean that you won't be able to sell vouchers online or access the merchant dashboard during this time.

Therefore, if you have trouble paying the invoice (e.g. your card has expired, or stolen...), please don't hesitate to contact us here. We are more than happy to extend your account subscription so you can continue to sell gift vouchers online without fee and enjoy the premium features without interruption.
