Trouble logging in to the dashboard?
If you can't access the VaocherApp dashboard via https://vaocher.app/, you'll probably want to:
- Double-check the email address you signed up (a common issue is to not enter it correctly initially!)
- If you have the correct email address, you can reset your password
Not received the email?
Our email sending infrastructure is really quick and reliable, so it's almost never a problem our end in the sending of an email, instead it's most likely to be your email provider or email software you use that's not placing our email in your inbox.
Even though, we would recommend to search all your mail inboxes, including Spam or Junk folders.
If you've tried everything and still unable to receive the email, please contact our support team and we'd be happy to take a closer look at your account.
Forgot login password?
You can reset your login password if you forget it, or if you want to keep your account more secure. Simply go to https://vaocher.app/password/forgot and enter your email that you used to sign up with VaocherApp, and then follow the instruction from there.
