How to Delete or Close Your Account
If you no longer wish to use VaocherApp, you can request to delete or close your account. This permanently removes your account and associated data from the platform.
Before proceeding, it’s important to understand what happens when an account is deleted and what steps you should take beforehand to avoid losing important data.
Before you delete your account
Deleting or closing your VaocherApp account is permanent. Once completed:
- Your gift vouchers
- Transaction history
- Reports
- Customer records
- Account settings
will all be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Because of this, we strongly recommend exporting any important data before submitting a deletion request.
Export your data
You may want to export records such as:
- Gift voucher lists
- Financial transactions
- Sales reports
- Customer information

Exporting your data ensures you still have access to your historical records after your account is closed.
How to request account deletion
To delete or close your account, you will need to submit a request using our secure form.
Step 1: Open the account deletion form

Step 2: Complete the form
Fill in the required details so our support team can verify your account and process the request.
Step 3: Submit the request
Once submitted, our support team will review your request and process the account closure.
If we need additional information, we may contact you before completing the deletion.
What happens after your account is closed?
Once the account is deleted:
- Your VaocherApp dashboard will no longer be accessible
- Your checkout form will stop accepting orders
- All gift voucher data and reports will be permanently removed
- The account cannot be restored
For this reason, please ensure you have exported any data you may need before requesting deletion.
If I cancel my subscription, can customers still redeem vouchers?
If your VaocherApp subscription is cancelled, voucher redemption through the system will no longer be available.
Once the subscription ends:
- The VaocherApp system becomes inactive
- Any attempt to redeem a voucher in the system will prompt for an active subscription
However, as the account administrator, you will still be able to access your account. This means you can:
- Log in to your dashboard
- View your existing records
- Export your data at any time
This ensures you can download and keep a copy of your voucher and transaction records, so you can continue managing or referencing them offline if needed.
