For record keeping and report purposes, gift vouchers cannot be deleted. Instead, you can mark a gift voucher as "Voided" so your customers won't be able to use it again.

To void a gift voucher:

• go to your VaocherApp Dashboard
• find the gift voucher you remove
• click on the "Void" button

You can enter an optional private note/reason and confirm the action by clicking on the "Void" button.
