1. New Shortcode for Cliniko Integration

Efficiency is key, and we're excited to share that we've implemented a new shortcode [order_url] in response to your feature requests for Cliniko integration. Now, with just one click, you can open the details of your vouchers directly from Cliniko. This time-saving feature ensures that you spend less time navigating and more time delighting your customers.

To utilise this new shortcode, go to https://vaocher.app/settings/integrations/cliniko and update your "Extra note" field to include the new shortcode [order_url]

2. New PDF Templates

To add a touch of elegance to your vouchers, we've introduced a wide array of pre-designed gift voucher PDFs. Choose the template that resonates with your brand or event, and make a lasting impression on your customers.

To get started, log in to your VaocherApp account and navigate to PDF settings (or open https://vaocher.app/settings/pdf/), and then click create "New PDF" button:

Your business doesn't stop, and neither should your ability to redeem gift vouchers. That's why we're thrilled to announce the launch of our new mobile app, available on both iOS and Android platforms. With the VaocherApp mobile app, we're putting the power in the hands of your staff for quick and easy validation and redemption of gift cards and vouchers right on the spot.

Enhanced In-Store Experience: Perfect for in-store redemptions, our mobile app is designed to work seamlessly with your Point of Sale (POS) system. Your customers can redeem vouchers in-store, and your staff can easily apply voucher discounts directly through the POS, providing a hassle-free experience for everyone.
