Introducing Enhanced Team Member Permissions on VaocherApp
Greetings VaocherApp Community,
We are excited to announce an update to VaocherApp that gives you more control over your team’s access and permissions. Our goal has always been to provide you with a powerful yet flexible tool for managing your gift cards and gift vouchers, and this update is a big step in that direction.
New Granular Team Member Permissions
Managing your team just got easier and more secure with the introduction of three new granular permissions:
- View Members: Allows a user to view the list of team members in your account.
- Invite Member: Grants the ability to invite new members to join your team.
- Edit Member: Permits a user to edit the permissions of existing team members.
What This Means for You

Admins Get Full Access by Default: All users with the
adminrole will automatically receive these new permissions. This ensures that your administrators can continue to effectively manage your team without interruption. -
Customize Member Permissions: If you prefer to limit these permissions for certain admins or other team members, you can easily do so. Tailor each user’s access to fit their role within your organization.
How to Update User Permissions
To adjust the permissions for your team members:
- Navigate to your Team Members Settings on VaocherApp.
- Select the member whose permissions you wish to modify.
- Check or uncheck the appropriate permissions based on your preferences.
