    Confirm the item, status and remaining value before you redeem.

Records and corrections

Activity stays with the voucher.

Each redemption is recorded against the voucher so staff can see what was used and what remains. If a voucher should no longer be accepted, you can void it.

  • Redemption amounts appear in the voucher activity
  • Voided vouchers stay in records but cannot be redeemed
  • Voiding a voucher is not the same as refunding a payment

Can a voucher be used over multiple visits?

Yes. Staff can redeem part of the balance and leave the rest for later visits. The remaining value stays on the voucher until it is used or expires.

Is an app required to redeem vouchers?

No. You can redeem vouchers in the VaocherApp mobile app or through your web browser on a phone, tablet or laptop.

Can staff scan the voucher?

Yes. Staff can look up a voucher by typing the code or by scanning the QR code on the voucher PDF.

Can an incorrect voucher be taken out of use?

Yes. You can void a voucher so it can no longer be redeemed. The voided voucher stays in your records. Voiding a voucher is different from refunding a payment.
