Staff can find and redeem VaocherApp gift cards from within Lightspeed Restaurant. Mobile redemption is also available when you need to scan from a phone, tablet or browser.

Is an internet connection required?

Yes. An internet connection is required for real-time voucher validation and balance updates.

What setup is required?

You need an active VaocherApp account, an active Lightspeed Restaurant K-Series account, administrator access, a Gift Card item and accounting group, the VaocherApp Web Extension, and Real-Time Order Notifications for POS-created gift cards. Full steps are in the setup guide.

Does this integration work with Kounta or O-Series?

No. This page covers Lightspeed Restaurant K-Series only. Lightspeed O-Series (formerly Kounta) is a separate product and needs its own integration path.

Do I need a dedicated Lightspeed payment method?
