With VaocherApp, you can easily customize your global messages — the text visible throughout the checkout process — to provide tailored, on-brand communications for your customers purchasing vouchers or gift cards.

Step 1: Log in and Navigate to Your Settings
- Sign in to your VaocherApp account at vaocher.app.
- From the left sidebar, click the Settings icon to open the Settings dashboard.
This dashboard lets you manage your business details, vouchers, checkout appearance, emails, and more in one place.
- Select Checkout from the Settings menu to access checkout-related features including theme settings and global messages.
Step 2: Locate the Custom Messages Section
On the Checkout settings page, scroll down until you find the Custom messages panel.
Click the Edit Custom Messages button to launch the message editor where you can personalize every checkout message.
Step 3: Understand the Checkout Message Editor Layout
The message editor displays multiple blocks representing different stages in the checkout flow, including:
- Global header: Text displayed at the top of every checkout page.
- Global footer: Text shown along the bottom of each checkout screen.
- Select item – Before & After: Messages placed before and after customers choose their voucher.
- Enter details – Before & After: Text surrounding the customer information entry form.
- Payment – Before & After: Messages shown prior to and following payment option selection.
- Thank you message: Custom text presented after successful payment, to express gratitude.

Click Edit next to the message block you wish to modify.

After updating the content, save your changes within that message block.
