Need to transfer your existing gift cards to VaocherApp? This guide will help you import your gift card data seamlessly. If you’re currently managing your gift cards in a spreadsheet or another system, you can easily migrate them to VaocherApp by following these simple steps.

Before You Begin

1. Download our sample import template (CSV) to see the correct format
2. Prepare your gift card data in either Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) format

Required Fields

Your import file must include these mandatory fields:

1. Code: The unique identifier/number of each gift card
2. Remaining Balance: The current available balance on the gift card

Optional Fields

You may also include these additional details:

• Name: Description of the gift card (e.g., “60 Minutes Massage”, “Deluxe Facial Treatment”)
• Status: Current status of the gift card
• Expiry Date: When the gift card expires
• Purchaser Name: Name of the person who bought the gift card
• Purchaser Email: Email address of the purchaser
• Recipient Name: Name of the person receiving the gift card
• Recipient Email: Email address of the recipient
• Message: The personal message included with the gift card

Import Steps

1. Export your gift card data from your current system
2. Format your data to match our template, ensuring all required fields are included
3. Save the file as Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv)
4. Email your prepared file to support@vaocherapp.com
