Need to stay on top of vouchers that are about to expire? VaocherApp makes it easy to view and manage expiring vouchers. Follow the simple steps below to run a report and see which vouchers are nearing their expiry date.

Filter for Expiring vouchers

In your VaocherApp dashboard, navigate to the Gift Voucher Expiry section. Use the Filter button to specify the expiry date range you’re interested in. For example, you can filter for vouchers expiring next month to see a clear list of upcoming expirations.

Export the Data

After setting your desired filter, click the Download button to download a CSV file. This file will list key voucher details such as the voucher code, expiry date, initial and remaining balance, purchaser and recipient information, etc. With this report, you can quickly identify vouchers nearing expiry and take timely action, such as sending customer reminders or running special promotions.

What you’ll see in the Report:

The exported report will include key details like:

• Voucher ID: unique reference for the voucher
• Voucher code: used to redeem the voucher
• Status: active, redeemed, or voided
• Expiry: the voucher’s end date
• Item: name of the item linked to the voucher
• Item description: a short summary of the item
• Item terms and conditions: any specific conditions or restrictions for using the item
• Initial balance: original voucher value
• Remaining balance: value still available
• Purchaser name
• Purchaser email
• Recipient name
• Recipient email
• Message: any personalised message
• Source: where the order was made — online checkout or backend
• Placed: the purchase date

By using this feature, you can efficiently manage upcoming expirations and ensure you’re always up to date with your outstanding vouchers in VaocherApp.
