Introduction
Connect VaocherApp with Lightspeed Restaurant (O-Series) to manage gift vouchers directly from your POS.
The integration allows you to redeem VaocherApp gift vouchers through Lightspeed while keeping voucher information synchronised between both platforms.
This integration is suitable for restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, and other hospitality businesses using Lightspeed Restaurant (O-Series).

Before you start
Before connecting Lightspeed Restaurant (O-Series), make sure you have:
- An active VaocherApp account.
- An active Lightspeed Restaurant (O-Series) account.
- Administrator access to both accounts.

To connect Lightspeed Restaurant:
- Log in to your VaocherApp account.
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Lightspeed Restaurant (O-Series).
- Click Connect Lightspeed (O-Series).
You will be redirected to Lightspeed.
- Sign in to your Lightspeed account.
- Authorize the connection request.
Once connected, the integration status will display as Active. You can now start managing and redeeming gift cards through your integrated Lightspeed POS system.
