Redeem gift vouchers through Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series)
Customers can redeem VaocherApp gift vouchers directly through Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series).
The integration checks the voucher balance in real time and automatically updates the remaining balance after redemption.
Redeem a voucher
To redeem a voucher:
- Open a sale in Lightspeed POS.
- Add the products or services.
- Select Gift Cards.
- Enter or scan the voucher code.
- Confirm the payment.
If the voucher is valid, Lightspeed will complete the redemption.
The remaining balance is automatically updated in VaocherApp.
Partial voucher redemption
Customers can use their voucher across multiple visits.
Example
A customer has a $100 gift voucher.
They redeem $40 during their first visit.
The remaining balance becomes $60.
The same voucher can continue to be used until the balance reaches zero.
