When managing a team, it’s crucial to keep your VaocherApp dashboard secure and well-organized. Assigning each user only the access they need, not more and not less. Protects sensitive information like sales data and account settings while allowing everyone to work efficiently.
This guide walks you through how user accounts and access levels function in VaocherApp, so you can control who sees and does what on your dashboard.
User Access Levels in VaocherApp
When you add a team member, you assign them one of two primary access levels:
1. Admin
- Has full control over every part of your VaocherApp dashboard.
- Can manage orders, reports, gift cards, account settings, and team members.
- Best suited for business owners or trusted senior managers.
2. Staff
- Has restricted access to only specific areas of the dashboard.
- Cannot manage users or sensitive account settings.
- Ideal for team members handling specific tasks without full control.
Customize Access by Switching from Roles to Permissions
In addition to selecting Admin or Staff roles, you can click Switch Roles vs Permissions on the invite or edit screen to tailor exactly what the user can do.
This opens a detailed permission list covering areas such as:
- Order Management: View, edit, create, void, or reactivate orders
- Gift Voucher Credit: Add or redeem credit
- Menu Items: View, edit, create, or remove items
- PDF Design: View, edit, create, or remove PDF voucher templates

Step 1: Open Team Member Settings
- Sign into your VaocherApp dashboard.
